Updated DBPIT links and stuff
DBPIT’s once-thriving MySpace page is no longer recommended for updates. In fact, the latest posting reads:
“THIS NEW MYSPACE REALLY SUCKS; MY PROFILE WON’T BE CHECKED REGULARLY ANY LONGER; IF U ARE INTERESTED IN GETTING IN TOUCH WITH DBPIT and XXENA, PLEASE LOOK FOR “Gatto Alieno” ON FACEBOOK INSTEAD; thanx!”
The Google Sites page is a bit more currently-maintained, with a direct link to the aforementioned Facebook destination. As far as actual performance, there seems to be nothing more recent (that I’ve seen to this date) than July of 2010. Not exactly ancient, but a hiatus that is a bit to long for comfort…
Speaking of which, I may be getting a bit sporadic in updating this site myself. As I may have mentioned before to some of you, my thesis is coming up and there’s loads of work to be done. Plus, I took advantage of the recent low interest rates to see what home refinancing could do to help lessen the burden of being a homeowner, a graduate student, and yes, a new father…all wonderful, and all much more costly than I could have imagined!
But enough about me. Hopefully this side-project to retain the original DBPIT website will not go by the wayside. Obviously, most of the stuff on these pages is NOT my original work, and I do not have any way of getting in touch with the people who did it. However, I did think it needed to be preserved, and hopefully added to as time allows.
